Star Spangled Chili Peppers

I've seen many obscure renditions of our national anthem throughout my days, but this one certainly stands out.

This is Chad Smith of the Red Hot Chili Peppers performing the Star Spangled Banner before a Pistons game in the early Nineties. He's way into it which is why it's hilarious, but it's also a pretty cool arrangement of the jam.

Check it out and relish in your
FREEDOM.

Force Open

Every time I walk through an automatic door, I pretend to use the Force to open it. It's the closest I'll ever be to a legitimate Jedi.

Or is it?

People watching me might view this as strange, but at least I'm not an asshole about it. This dude definitely is, and I love him for it.

Party Like It's 1860

This is one of the raddest pranks I have ever seen. Two random dudes walk into a bar only to find that it has been completely transformed into an 1860's style tavern.

Why can't this happen to me?

What the Friday?

I have seen many, many strange things in my life (especially on the internet). Today, I learned that I have not yet seen it all.

Not even close.

I would write a description for this video but I don't rightfully know how. Just watch and...just watch.

Edit Yourself into a Virtuoso!

When you stink nuts at drums and piano, resort to technology! And patience.

This must have been areal bitch to edit, but damn it's hot.

Censorship Sucks

...but it can be hilarious. I've begun frequently using the phrase "mucka lucka" after I heard it used in the TV-friendly version of Pineapple Express several times. After watching this clip, I have a couple of new self-censoring tricks in my arsenal.

Check it out MONKEY FIGHTERS.

Football Withdrawl

I don't know about you, but I am going through a severe NFL withdrawl right now. I wake up on Sunday morning tired and hungover, and all I want to do is turn on the tube and catch some big hits and watch my Bucs lose.

The season is a long ways off, so maybe I'll have to resort to rugby. Watching this clip certainly makes that more of a possibility.

Gut Press

If you frequent a gym, you often get in the mindset that everyone is doing everything wrong and you are the apex beast of the floor. Well, if you saw this hog at your local gym and decided to criticize him, you would probably be justified.

I give you

THE GUT PRESS

Right in the Nuts

I think the description of this video said it best, so enjoy.

Cal State Fullerton's Austin Kingsolver only got two plate appearances in yesterday's game against Arizona State, and he probably wishes that he could have skipped the first one. In the top of the seventh inning, Arizona State pitcher Josh McAlister let a 3-2 slider get away from him and sent the pitch sailing into Kingsolver's dick and balls.

We would like to take a moment to applaud the play-by-play announcer's restraint, though. You can tell that he desperately wanted to yell "Right in the nuts!" on the call, but pulled himself back at the last second and went with "midsection." The guy's obviously a pro.

RPM

Tonight, Sugar Ray will take the stage at Happy Harry's Ribfest. Most remember Sugar Ray for their poppy rock songs (which were undeniably catchy), but don't even realize that this band started out as a pretty legit hard rock band.

Here's a quick example.

Pedal to the metal, BITCH.

Force Lightning!

Well, not really, but this is still pretty wild. If you ever get the chance to touch a high voltage power line,

DON'T.

5 Seconds

The attention span of the average person these days is pathetic. Short tweets, quick little Vine videos and channel surfing all have certainly contributed to this. Is it a bad thing though?

Hell to the nizz-o.

It challenges people in new ways and brings out a whole new level of creativity. Take these five second videos for example. Short, sweet, and hilarigoose!
